04/13/07	Volleyball Camp Registrations	1. July 16-18, 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. — Tech volleyball camp with college coaches. The registration form is available here. The $75.00 fee is due by June 1. 2. August 13-17, 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. — Benson and Cleveland camp. The registration form is available here. The cost is $40.00 due at the door. Please submit the fully completed registration form to the coach in an envelope with full payment.
	August 20 Deadline	1. You should be in shape and ready to compete. The following conditioning is recommended by August 20:    Jump roping: 15 minutes    100 sit-ups with a partner without stopping    40 push-ups with a partner without stopping    7- to 9-minute mile run—no one over 9 minutes    (Varsity only) 2. You should be cleared to play (have had your sports physical and have completed a new or returning athletes form)
